Areas of Expertise

Breastfeeding Support

Prenatal breastfeeding education is crucial for new mothers to prepare for breast feeding success. My class covers everything from the benefits of breastfeeding to proper latching techniques and milk production. With support and guidance, new mothers can feel confident and prepared to provide the best possible nutrition for their babies.

In-person or Virtual Feeding Assessment

Ensuring proper latching and milk transfer is crucial for both the baby's growth and development, as well as the mother's milk supply. With the right techniques and support, you can help make breastfeeding a positive and successful experience for both mom and baby. I will come to the comfort of your own home to observe a feeding, weigh baby before and after a feed, and help come up with a feeding plan that is sustainable for both mom and baby.

Back to Work Planning/Bottle Skills

Returning to work after having a baby can be scary, but with the right guidance, it can be made easier. I can help you navigate the challenges of pumping at work, storing your milk, and ensuring that your baby can take a bottle of breast milk from someone else. Let me assist you in making this transition as smooth as possible.
